📝 INGREDIENTS
-Milk, yeast, eggs, butter, flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder

📖 INSTRUCTIONS
Combine milk and yeast, let sit for 10 minutes, mix dry ingredients, then add eggs, yeast mixture, and butter to form dough. Knead dough, shape into a ball, and let rise for 1 hour, 🍩 roll dough to ½” thick, cut into donut shapes, and let rise for 45 minutes, 🔥 fry in oil at 350°F for 2–3 minutes per side. Coat in icing, let set, and enjoy

Sour Cream Donuts

📝 INGREDIENTS
-Cake flour, sugar, sour cream, egg yolks, powdered sugar, milk, vanilla

📖 INSTRUCTIONS
Mix dry ingredients (cake flour, baking powder, salt), cream butter and sugar, then add egg yolks one at a time, mix in sour cream and dry ingredients until smooth. 🍩 Chill dough for 1 hour, roll dough to ½” thickness, cut into donut shapes. Chill until ready to fry, 🔥 fry in oil at 350°F for 2–3 minutes per side. Cool on a wire rack. Dip donuts into glaze, let set and enjoy
