Chile Rellenos

📝 INGREDIENTS 
-Chile Poblano, egg, flour, salt, Monterey Jack cheese, onion, Roma tomato
-Optional Sauce: Roma tomato, onion, jalapeño, garlic, chicken bouillon, oregano, water

📖 INSTRUCTIONS
🌶️ Roast the Chile Poblano on a Comal, steam, peel, and stuff with cooked cheese, onion, and tomato, dip stuffed chile in flour and egg batter, fry until golden brown, blend tomato, onion, jalapeño, garlic, bouillon, and water for the sauce, simmer sauce with oregano and adjust seasoning, 🍚serve chiles with sauce or with rice
